To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain products (e.g., personal care items, opened electronics, or customized products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Return Process
- Contact us at info@homix.com.au or WhatsApp to initiate a return request.
- Provide your order number and details about the item you want to return.
- Once your return is approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

For cash on delivery orders, we will process a refund via bank transfer or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@homix.com.au.
