At Homix, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain products (e.g., personal care items, opened electronics, or customized products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Return Process

  • Contact us at info@homix.com.au or WhatsApp to initiate a return request.
  • Provide your order number and details about the item you want to return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • For cash on delivery orders, we will process a refund via bank transfer or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@homix.com.au.

  • Opened or used personal care products
